Well there were some stellar guitarists on the stage on this night. Joe Satriani, Eric Johnson, Ernie Isley, on and on....my favorite for some reason on this night was Kenny Wayne Shepherd. He smoked the songs he played. He was playing with Chis Layton on drums and you could tell they were very tight from their previous touring days. I saw Kenny open with Double Trouble for a double billing of ZZ Top and Ted Nugent several years back. Let's just say I made a trip to Charlotte to see them open the show. They ROCKED. Yes, yes, I really want to catch Kenny playing on tour. I really enjoy his talent and intensity on stage. He blew me away on this night.
