Doug Wimbish in the aisle....

Doug Wimbish jumped off the stage and came right into the seats to play. The band Living Colour kicked off the night with their opening set of Jimi Hendrix songs. http://www.livingcolour.com/
Doug is quite the player. He has played for a vast range of artists, including Jeff Beck, Mick Jagger, Madonna, George Clinton, Bomb The Bass, Depeche Mode and Joe Satriani. He was rocking and the band was on fire playing the Hendrix covers.

It was the first song of The Jimmy Hendrix Experience show in Durham, North Carolina. It was the closing show of the tour and the all star cast was lined up to play for over three hours! Whew...what a show.
