Marshall Chapman!

So I knew Marshall was going to be in Winston-Salem at one of her favorite places. Salem Academy and Salem College. I made it over even though my schedule was crazy that week. I am so glad I went. A late night and an early morning. I didn't care. I truly love this woman. I met her husband for the first time. He is very cool too. I read all that Marshall writes in Gun & Garden Magazine. She is a great writer and such a student of the south. I collect all of her music and read everything she writes. Her live performances are so very cool. In this building she is a star. It was packed! And it seemed everyone in the house knew her. I liked it.
