Ever wonder how those big screen images are directed? Well this is a close shot of a control board containing many displays of all the cameras on stage as well as the stored footage used as the songs are played. A director sits in front of all of this with his headphones on talking to all the lighting and stage crew. It is like a mini tv studio in action. Quite nice for the crowd in the back as the Merlefest crowd is very large and it can be tough to see from the back.
